Training & Support
Are you ready to make the commitment to become self-employed within a franchise system? Our licensing process consists of a series of many steps. If you have restaurant experience or not, you will benefit from our extensive franchisee training course. For six to twelve weeks at our home office (and restaurants) and two weeks at your restaurant, we will train you to become a Melting Pot Franchise operator. The right Melting Pot candidate is committed to becoming self-employed and able to follow the licensing process and operations systems we teach you.
