Franchise Description
 We are looking for prospective international candidates based on an assessment of overall business experience, financial stability and personal qualifications. We look for individuals with good ”common business sense”, a demonstrated ability to effectively lead and develop people, and a history of previous success in business and life endeavors. Car rental or automotive experience is preferred but not mandatory. We are particular about our Franchisees because they help make the Payless System successful by focusing on serving the customer. Specifically, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: Business experience in the market where they are seeking a franchise. A strong desire to succeed, work hard, and contribute to a winning team. Demonstrated personal integrity with emphasis on interpersonal skills. A willingness to participate in a comprehensive training program. A willingness to personally devote full-time efforts to the day-to-day operations of a Payless rental car business. A history of success and the ability to work well within a franchising organization.
Training & Support
 The initial training program is held at the corporate offices of Payless Car Rental System, Inc. in St. Petersburg, Florida. As a franchisee, you immediately receive comprehensive ongoing support from the franchisor. The franchisor provides the marketing materials, operations manuals and training on managing the day-to-day operations. The franchisor wants to provide all the tools necessary to help you build a successful franchise because your success is their success. Payless, in developing a strong international brand, puts emphasis on training. Some of those concentrated efforts focus on: An Internet marketing program that propels your business with online visibility from recognized travel partners such as Travelocity, Orbitz, SideStep, and Smarterliving just to name a few. Comprehensive franchise operations manuals covering every aspect of the business Car rental professionals that provide initial and ongoing training. Experienced qualified staff providing ongoing advice for rate & inventory management and customer relationship management. Business guidance including monthly P&L analysis and recommendations, month by month budget with percentages, cash /cost control, business planning, forecasting, and fleet analysis and planning
