Training & Support
 Metal Supermarkets offers a comprehensive training program for all new locations. Not only do we have in store training, but we also spend a great deal of time in clasee, working on the fundementals of the business. Our training comprises of 1 week in a class room setting and 2 weeks in a local store. Once we have a site selected, we work in your store for 3 weeks getting you ready to open the doors. On an ongoing basis we also have regional meetings, conventions and regualr site visits to monitor your preformance, and offer support and guidance so that you can maximize market potential. We also offer a comprehensive marketing program that you can utilize to further increase local market awareness.
